Return and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

100% payment is required prior to commencement of ANY design work - whether submitted by customer or custom request. Accepted funds include American Express, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, PayPal, and other digital forms. All payments are processed through our secure on-line payment service. We do not keep or maintain any payment options for our customers.


Refunds

Orders placed through our e-commerce store constitute a performance contract for banner production between our company and customer. Once design work has commenced for any online order, no cancellations are accepted.


Church or other third-party checks are accepted by special request. However, funds must clear our financial partner prior to commencement of ANY design work. This form of payment could result in delays for your project.


Returns

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED for Custom Church Banners. 


Due to the very nature of custom banners, they are not reusable for any purpose other than that chosen by the original customer. Prior to placing your order, please keep this in mind. While we exercise every possible option to insure your satisfaction, ultimate responsibility for the final product remains with the customer. Our financial obligation is satisfied with fulfillment of your order and/or identical replacement. No exceptions.


LIMITED RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED for banners designed by BannersforChurches.com


Under very specific circumstances, BannersforChurches.com will accept limited returns for our banner designs. The banners must show no sign of wear, abuse, neglect or Act of God and returned at customer's expense within three days of original receipt. This return policy is available ONLY for our Banner Designs that have not been customized/altered in any way by logo and/or copy. Determination of return status condition rests solely with production staff of BannersforChurches.com. For all accepted returns, a 50% restocking fee plus applicable shipping deduction, if any, will apply. Upon acceptance or return by BannersforChurches.com, applicable credits will be made to customer by original payment method used within three business days.


Warranty

Church Banners & Display Systems


All new order complaints must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of banners and/or products delivery. No warranty, express or implied, shall apply if the customer fails to observe supplied instructions for care, construction, or display. The warranty does not cover usual wear and tear. If a display system fails to operate properly within the three-month warranty period, complaint must be submitted in writing to BannersforChurches.com for review. Obvious manufacturer defects must be reported prior to the system being used. 


Customers are responsible for return shipping to BannersforChurches.com. Upon receipt of delivery, BannersforChurches.com will inspect the product for manufacturer defects. BannersforChurches.com reserves the right to either remedy the defect or supply a replacement unit within fourteen (14) days receipt of the returned item/items. For approved returns, Banners4forChurches.com will reimburse shipping costs.  


Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to BannersforChurches.com, PO Box 1224, Brentwood, TN 37024 within three (3) months from customer delivery. Claims not covered under warranty include, but are not limited to...


• Failure to follow assembly instructions, warning, and/or disclaimers

• Normal wear and tear, including industry standard fading

• Misuse or unauthorized alteration of product/products

• Loss, theft, vandalism, Natural disasters, flooding, fire, strong storms, and/or wind

• Transportation damages
